It always gives me a huge thrill to announce the winners of the Oak and Mistletoe competitions. The winner this time, who gets a fantastic magical herb kit with over 60 herbs is... Butterfly Spirit! Congratulations and a huge hug from me!

I want to say thank you to Stonebear for judging this competition. I thought that rather than me judge them all I would share that task with the Council members so that we can be assurred of fairness and equity. Stonebear tells me that it was a dam hard competition to judge because the posts were all sensational. I know from experience just how difficult it is to find a clear winner amongst such talented entries. Thanks Stonebear for doing such a great job. :)

I also want to say thank you to all the amazing people who posted sensational entries. There were over 564 views on this competition thread, 45 posts from over 20 different people so you can see there was lots of discussion and learning that came from the comp too.

Our next free compeition will start in about a week and we have a stunning hand-decorated jounral made by none other than the very talented Seraphimia for the winner. I'll post photos of the journal when the comp opens.
