My disorganisation is costing me time...

I cannot believe how disorganised I've been since I gave up work! When working full time I used to do that, plus run Oak and Mistletoe, run the O & M shop and website, do reiki, write, edit the work of others, and a myraid of other things and that's not even mentioing contributing to my marriage and home life! Now, I'm struggling constantly to keep on top of a list that just seems to be growing longer rather than shorter now that supposedly I have more time.

I realise I'm now studying full time instead of working full time but my niavity (and it seems big headedness) had led me to believe that study wouldn't take as many hours as my full time job used to. I mean I've got a PhD, how hard can study be? How wrong I was!!! Going back to an undergrad degree that is heavily science based is really time consuming. If I time my study adequately, anatomy and chemistry alone take two days a week and that's without my other four subjects. So...

I've decided that I will timetable my life and that I can no longer rely on catch up and cramming to get through exams. So from here on in, Monday to Thursday is study time and I can then spend Friday to Saturday doing other things. A bit like how you have to schedule your days when you go to work, so I'm scheduling my days to study so there will no more of this last minute panic every time an exam or asignment comes along. At least that's the plan...
