I did some spring cleaning at the weekend and I have to say I looooooove having a clean house again. With such a heavy workload this last three months, the housework fairies went on strike and eventually, even though I should have been studying for exams, I HAD to clean, I couldn’t stand the mess anymore.

I spring cleaned the bathroom, took the shabby old bathroom net curtains down (which subsequently tore apart when I washed them), washed the bedroom quilt cover and blankets (love the smell of freshly washed blankets), washed all the sofa covers and did a bunch of other cleaning too. I loved the feeling of being productive and the sense of achievement and relief at having a clean house again was so worth the effort!
