Let’s just make sure you understand first though exactly why visualisation is so important.

Visualisation We all know what this is. It holds a very important place within our beliefs. It is our most powerful tool for creating change. We visualise to connect to the Divine, to focus our energy and to complete rituals and spells. The problem is, despite being a creative person, I'm not any good at it. Sure, if I'm in the right mind set, the I can see things clearly in my mind. But a lot of places seem to assume you can do this with your eyes open too. I can't! I have enough trouble interpreting the reality I am in, let a lone sticking my own on top of it!
