11   WINDING UP
Only Amethyst as founder, shall have the authority to dissolve the coven or school at any time where it is determined such action is warranted. In that event, no member of O & M, with the exception of the founder, shall use the name "The Circle of Oak and Mistletoe" or "The Coven of Oak and Mistletoe" 

or “Oak and Mistletoe” in connection with any other Pagan, Neo-pagan, Wiccan, Neo-Wiccan or similar organisation or group.

The coven and school may be perpetuated in the event of the death, incapacitation, or retirement of the founder by the designation of successors from among the Inner Court membership. The appointment must have the full support of the Coven Council via a unanimous vote.
