You can check out the technical “stuff” from the constitution here.

Your Current Council Members
The Chairperson is Amethyst and in fact the constitution states that Amethyst remains in at the helm safely guiding Oak and Mistletoe indefinitely. The role of the Chair is to set the strategic direction of O & M and to maintain an ethical and strong Coven Council.

Amethyst was originally trained as an Alexandrian before moving into more eclectic traditions and finally developing the now global Inclusive Wicca. She has a wonderfully patient husband, four grown up human children, one doggy shaped child and two cat shaped children. Her favourite hobbies are eating chocolate and sleeping. Please feel free to message or email her if needed and you can also locate her on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/amethyst.treleven
The Secretary is currently vacant but that role is responsible for keeping minutes of the Coven Council meetings and handles correspondence as requested. It must be held by an inner Court member.
The Treasurer’s role is also vacant currently but the roles includes managing the Coven Council finances. It must also be held by a member of the Inner Court.
The Face to Face Representative is Topas. The role of this position is to represent the interests and needs of those members who attend the face to face coven and school and so obviously they must be a face to face member.

A native of England with Welsh ancestry, Topas has been a student and member of Oak & Mistletoe since 2008. She lives in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia surrounded by a National Park, koalas, kangaroos and a magnificant array of bird life. Her main passion in life is Numerology. She writes and facilitates workshops and prepares personal and relationship profiles and predicvtive forecasts. She has four delightful grandsons and a beautiful grand daughter. Her aim in life is to follow the path of Wicca and to successfully complete 2nd Degree during 2010. As 'Face to Face' representative for the O & M school council, Topas looks forward to meeting you sometime in the future.
The two Online Senior Representatives Saphira and Butterfly Spirit, represent the interests of online students and coven members and so they must be an online member or second degree student with at least six months active membership of the school and/or coven.
Saphira

Saphira lives in the Huon Valley, Tasmania, on 140 acres of native bush with her wonderful husband, 2 little dogs and lots of native wildlife outside. She grew up in a Christian family but was disillusioned with the church so left and after a few years she started researching other spiritual paths. She was led to books about Wicca and after about 25 years or so she finally started practicing as a solitary in 2008. Saphira has been a student of O & M since Feb 2009. She has 2 beautiful daughters and 2 wonderful grandsons. She's a professionally trained marriage celebrant and as Saphira is semi-retired now, she can devote much of her time to things that are important to her, such as Wicca and learning more and developing her creative and magickal skills.
Butterfly Spirit

Butterfly Spirit is passionate about life and the spirituality Wicca has bought into her home. Of European descent and first generation Australian, she is the youngest of 14 children and has always welcomed spirituality and the Craft into her world. Butterfly Spirit’s life journey became more satisfying upon becoming a member of Oak and Mistletoe in August 2009 and is living a happy, successful lifestyle. Sharing her Wicca lessons with her husband and growing together in unity has offered a life of greater freedom and love. Extremely satisfied with her chosen path and sharing varied interests in the religious and Craft ways of Wicca she hopes to learn more by listening to nature and absorbing all that she can from her life experiences. Residing in Sydney, Australia, Butterfly Spirit provides Senior Representative Responsibilities to the Oak and Mistletoe members with the greatest respect and love.
The two Online Junior Representatives Stonebear and Juneberrywine represent the interests of online students, particularly those who are new to the Oak and Mistletoe school. Both the two Representatives must be online student members with at least three months active student membership, but no more than six months active student membership at the time of appointment. This means they cannot have been initiated and be Inner Court members at the time of appointment. They can serve for up to twelve months and then must resign the position in favour of a more junior student member.
Stonebear

He lives in central Virginia, USA and is one quarter Shawnee and three quarters Scot/Irish. So his early years were spent wrapped in Irish and Scot wisdom and superstitions. His Native path was his strong point, that he still clings to. It brought him through the Viet Nam war, and helped with the healing on his return. It of course put him in the position of being a solitary. On the Wicca Path he remained a solitary, until O & M at which point he found family and a vast array of knowledge. he says he truly has come home. He's retired, 20yrs in the nuclear industry as a television producer, and then 17 yrs Lynchburg City School System.
He came to the Wicca path after his discharge from the US Navy in the early 60's, at that time info was little and far between. He was influenced by Sybil Leek, and the pursuit of knowledge has been a major part of his life since. he has to admit it has been a great journey so far, and now to be able to give back to O & M is the high point. He lives with his lovely wife of 25 yrs, four feline children and one canine daughter. They share in keeping up several flower and herb gardens and also play a couple of cowboy games. They both play Cowboy Fast Draw, and he plays the SASS cowboy game. Life is good.
Juneberrywine

On the Wiccan path since 1998, Juneberrywine lives in an isolated mountain hamlet in British Columbia, where she had been practising as a solitary as much through necessity as through choice, prior to joining Oak & Mistletoe. She works as little as possible in order to pursue her greater work of moving toward (the illusion of) self-sufficiency. She lives by herself, with two dogs and too many chickens (although there is a patient gentleman who aids and abets her in her wild ideas, from a safe distance).
The New Student Guide is held by Raziel. His role is to provide support and direction to new students, to offer welcoming advice for the first month of the student’s entry to the O & M school. Anyone nominating for this role must be an online student or Inner Court member with at least six months active student membership.

Raziel lives in Auckland, New Zealand. He works for the NZ Govt as a Business Analyst. Although recently separated, he lives close to his three children whom he loves muchly. Having ‘played’ with magick as a teenager – he got burnt enough to put further investigation away for a long time. However, now that he is older (& has a bit more respect with what he does & takes responsibility for his actions), he has chosen to follow a pagan path (in particular Inclusive Wicca). Raziel has been a member of the Circle of Oak & Mistletoe Online Coven/School since February 2009 (& plans to be here for many more). He loves & enjoys his role very much and most of the new students should be familiar with his introductory emails when they first join the school. :o) He loves to help & be of assistance whenever he can so if you have any queries (or simply want to chat about this & that), drop him a line. You can also ask for an add to his personal FaceBook page also if you wish. www.facebook.com/ron.wynyard
