Your Current Council Members

The Chairperson/Treasure is Amethyst and in fact the constitution states that Amethyst remains in at the helm safely guiding Oak and Mistletoe indefinitely. The Chairperson/Treasurer shall be responsible for setting the strategic direction of both branches of O & M and for maintaining ethical and strong Coven Councils. In addition, Amethyst Treleven as Chairperson shall ensure that no decision made by the oCC shall be detrimental to the face to face branch and that all activities conducted by the online branch are supportive and conducive to the face to face branch. This role also manages the oCC finances.

Amethyst was originally trained as an Alexandrian before moving into more eclectic traditions and finally developing the now global Inclusive Wicca. She has a wonderfully patient husband, four grown up human children, two doggy shaped children and two cat shaped children. Her favourite hobbies are eating chocolate and sleeping. Please feel free to message or email her if needed and you can also locate her on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/AmethystsPage or her website here http://www.amethyst-treleven.com/

The Vice Chair is currently held by Jamie Stone Bear. The Secretary must be an online branch Inner Court member and is responsible for keeping minutes of the oCC meetings and handles correspondence as requested.

Jamie Stone Bear lives in central Virginia, USA. On the Wicca Path he remained a solitary, until O & M at which point he found family and a vast array of knowledge. He says he truly has come home.  He's retired, 20yrs in the nuclear industry as a television producer, and then 17 yrs Lynchburg City School System.
He came to the Wicca path after his discharge from the US Navy in the early 60's, at that time info was little and far between. The pursuit of knowledge has been a major part of his life . He has to admit it has been a great journey so far, and now to be able to give back to O & M is the high point. Since joining Oak and Mistletoe he has grown to Third Degree, and passed the Clergy Exam for CCIWI, and enjoys the active forums.

“The Branch” The Virginia Branch of Oak and Mistletoe is in the works and gaining ground rapidly.

He lives with his lovely wife of 26 yrs, five feline children and one canine daughter. They share in keeping up several flower and herb gardens and also play a couple of cowboy games. They both play Cowboy Fast Draw, and he plays the SASS cowboy action shooting game. Life is good.

On of the two Toward 1st Degree Program Student Representatives  is held by Serenity. The Toward 1st Degree Program Student Representatives must be online branch student members currently studying in the Toward First Degree program with at least three months active student membership. Their role is to represent the interests of those students studying the Toward First Degree program.

Serenity is new to the world of Wicca but it didn’t take her long to know this was the spiritual home she was looking for. Serenity lives on a beautiful dairy farm on the Mid North Coast of NSW. She has been married for 16yrs and has 3 absolutely stunning daughters and an highly entertaining son. Serenity grew up in a beachside town and has swapped the love for the beach to the love of the farm and has no intention of moving to a town in the foreseeable future (no matter how much she loves shopping!!).

Serenity has always looked to Nature for peace and knew that with Wicca she had found deeper spiritual connection than she has at any other time in her life. The more she learns the more that connection blossoms.

Serenity is looking forward to her place on the O & M Council.

The Toward 2nd Degree Student Representative is currently vacant. The Toward 2nd Degree Student Representative must be an online branch student who has completed the Toward First Degree program and is in the process of working through the Toward 2nd Degree program. Their role is to represent the interests of those members who have completed the Toward First Degree program.

Originally from Ballarat in Victory, Crystal moved to Central Australia ten years ago after visiting the center for a two week holiday. Basically she just fell in love with the desert. Her Wiccan path started over 12 years ago when just a little bit board decided to google witchcraft and stumbled upon something that would change her life. For many years Crystal learnt from different books and websites until 3 years ago when she found O&M and became an outer court student. Now three years on and having finished 1st degree Crystal is spending time expanding on her knowledge before plunging into the 2nd degree training. A very active member of the coven and a regular at the Second Life meetings as well as being a tutor for students who are doing the 1st degree.  Crystal also spends her time helping out at the local youth centre and enjoying the wonders of the desert, and of course spending time with her four legged boys, one red healer "Ritu" and one blue healer "Blu"
