AGM -All registered students and members welcome
Our Charter and Constitution says we have to have our AGM in October. I am proposing we have it on the 17th October at 6pm South Australia time in the chat room here http://www.oakandmistletoe.com.au/chat
You can find out what time that is for you locally on the Calendar page here http://www.oakandmistletoe.com.au/community/calendar
At the AGM we will finalise the votes and declare the new Coven Coucnil. We weill also present the reports of the outgoing councils and discuss other issues including the proposed online rituals. If there is anything you speciafiacally want disccsued plesase let me know before 3rd October.
The meeting will be open to all current Council members, all registered students and all members who have completed the First Degree program. Each of those people has the right to a single vote on any issue. People who are forum members only but not a registered student are not eligible to attend or vote.
Eligible students and members are encouraged to nominate for Council positions but I will post a separate thread for this as it deserves its own thread.
Please feel free to ask any questions or make any suggestions, all welcomed.
