March Gathering
I know there has been talk of several chats a month but I'm still working out times and such. However either this coming Sunday (14th) or the following Sunday (21st) should be our regular chat, at the Aussie time of 1.30pm. Let me know which Sunday is best for everyone or in fact if both are ok and I'll look at altering the second chat time to be more northern hemisphere friendly.
Again I'd like topic suggestions for the chat, possibly about how we can improve chats in the future as I've seen many opinions expressed in the threads. Just an idea though :)

21st it is then! You can check the O&M calendar for the exact time in your region, but I believe that 1.30pm SA time is something ridiculous like 2am in England and about 9pm on Saturday in the USA.
I like the sound of setting up alters, discussing how to have a discrete but functional one would be helpful to those of us that share a house with other faiths. Still, little more time for everyone elses feedback.

No copying and archiving of chats
Hi Butterfly Spirit,
in the interests of confidentiality, I'm going to NOT copy and archive the chat sessions. As administrator I do have the capability and sometimes do it with lesson meetings when there's a need but I won't be doing it with the monthly chat sessions. To do so would mean asking everyone's permission and if forum visitors came in late, then I;d have to ask their permission also before they said anything, very messy I think.

Thank you very much for letting me know. I don't mind at all if you reference my work, your my teacher and guide and I expect sometimes it would be good for you to do this, but understandably it is the general comunity I was concerned about.
I hope everyone understands where I was coming from.
