Hi folks,

as Oak and Mistletoe moves forward, the Council and I have had a great deal of discussion and have decided to make a change to the fee structure for students and members of this website.

For any new students who apply from the 1st April 2011, the website support fee of $20 AUS will be requested after lesson 1 rather than lesson 3. This will only apply to students who register on or after 1st April.

We are also introducing an annual website support fee of $10 AUS which will be payable on the anniversary of your registration so long as you remain active with us as a student or graduate member. This will help us keep the website alive and expanding to bring you even more services.

If you are a paid up member of our parent body, the Community Church of Inclusive Wicca Inc. (CCIWI), then both the initial and the annual website support fee thereafter will be halved. That will be only $10 AUS for your initial fee and only $5 AUS per year thereafter and you'll still have full access to all student activities with us.

While it has never been my aim to make money from Oak and Mistletoe (we're a not for profit) we do have to cover our expenses such as hosting fees, software fees and so forth and we hope that you will all understand that this minimal fee will go some way toward that. When you compare the quality of your teaching and support here at O & M to other schools which offer simialr courses but charge anything up to $800 a year, I think you'll appreciate that our aim is to provide a quality service and not to make a profit.
