Oh my goodness that was hard to judge!
For Belatine we had amazing entries from Aradia, Kallyanah, Aranel, Anya and Desertwoman. For the Samhain ritual we had equally as amazing entries from Stonebear, Twilightrain, Tempest Star, Juneberrywine and Anna. Each one of you wrote some amazingly moving words and wonderful rituals. What talent we have amongst us!

For the Samhain ritual, the winner is....  (drum roll...) Stonebear. While everyone wrote some beautiful rituals, Stonebear's somehow hit the wonderful balance between spiritual authenticity, earthiness conencting us to the planet and actions that really birng us home to our ancestors. Thank you Stonebear, this ritual is truely remarkable and I suspect many of us would like to use it with your permission.

For the Beltaine ritual, the winner is... (another drum roll please)... Desertwoman. Again I was staggered by the excellent words, the wonderful poetry and the depth of thought and heart that was within these rituals. I think Desertwoman captured the essence of Beltaine with it's fertility of spirit and of the land. Well done!

To both our winners, I shall be sending you your prize this weekend (if you can make sure privately that I have your up to date postal address). To all the other entrants, please know that I am humbled to be amongst such inspiring talent. You all teach me so much more than I will ever teach you.
