Slow progress on this course for me, but progress nonetheless. It's finding the time to actually sit down and go through the book etc. There always seems to be a million and one things that I have to do, and trying to slot this in amongst everything else doesn't always work. But I'm a lot further forward than this time last year and spiritually in a good place. I did my first celebration last year with Yule, ok, so it didn't quite go the way I wanted it to, but it kind of worked. I had my Yule altar set up and on the first night of Yule did a little ritual to welcome back the sun, and earlier on I'd been to a friend's house for her Yule party. Next Yule hopefully will be better. And now I'm looking forward to Imbolg in February. I've bought some lovely emerald green fabric for my altar, and I've found some interesting info on Imbolg on the forum. I'll be on night duty on the actual day of Imbolg so will have to decide whether to hold my celebration the weekend before or wait until the week after when I come off nights. I'm leaning towards the week after as I have 2 weeks off work then, and can take a trip out into the countryside and mooch around...
