I joined a fantastic bunch of people to complete a Fastnet challenge aboard a 22 metre Challenger yacht from Portsmouth UK around the Fastnet rock and back to Portsmouth.  It was mentally and physically challenging with little sleep, plenty of food, biscuits and tea!  Working in teams of two watches 4 hours about during the day and 3 hours about at night, where the routine rotated about working the boat, eating or sleeping.  You come of watch wet and back on watch wet!  The challenge was awesome, the company fantastic and the memories second to none, looking forward to the next voyage.
