Just did visualisation 3 and went well, i find its easier for me to do it within a circle, but thats probably because i concentrate easier inside one, no distractions and such :)
Weather is all over the place again, so weird.. hot then cold then hot then stormy, lol.
bugs and flies everywhere, cats next door are going nuts aswell, and LOTS of spiders....ewwwwww lol
